In 2019 we bought a used Low Roof Promaster 1500. With a lot of help from our son-in-law, we converted it into a servicable camper van. We added a huge bed (Kellie's biggest requirement) and it just snowballed from there. I added Renogy solar panels and a Lithium battery which has now partially been replaced with a Bluetti generator. During the build I added sound deadening material, insulation, two MaxxAir fans, finished the floors and walls. We have a sink, cassette toilet, in-bed pantry and storage, fridge, induction cooktop, and tons of camping gear. My favorite recent purchase is my Moon Shade awning. We have traveled to Acadia, Quebec, Arches, Zion, Everglades, Disneyworld, and many other fantastic areas.
